COOPERATED FARMS OF
The rastreabilidade of the coffee consists of an individual
and advanced analysis that it intends to follow and to
register all the stages, treatments, eventual problems,
occured movements during all life of the coffee, since
the moment of its plantation, harvest, after-harvest and
its venda. This innovative concept all allows to a rescue
of the description of the product englobando its process
of production, since the field until xícara of
coffee, preventing the loss of information, guaranteeing
with this a basic mechanism of security to the consumer.
It intends with this a form of transparency, honesty and
evidence of the quality, aiming at to the satisfaction

rastreabilidade process must therefore be existed that
certifys the coffee, stimulating the evidence of the attributes
contained in the information repassed to the customer.

of the process is necessary, possessing the exchange of
